Sadhana is Sanskrit for conscious spiritual practice and yoga is such a vital part of our daily Sadhana.
We are excited to offer community yoga classes at our Bondi Beach location. Our intention is to foster connection within our community by providing affordable yoga and to donate profits to causes that align with Sadhana’s value of compassion for all beings.
Each class runs for 75 minutes and is $15, which includes a hot cacao at the end of your practice.
Join Sigrid & Charlie for community yoga and explore how the practice of yoga can bring balance and nourishment to your body, mind, spirit and heart.
During each class, we will explore an aspect of yogic philosophy that you can apply both on and off the mat. On Wednesday evenings, Sigrid will take you through a dynamic vinyasa sequence set to music that will deepen your exploration.
Please note: Spaces are strictly limited so pre-booking is essential. These classes are for people who have practiced yoga before. If you’re new to yoga, we can recommend some amazing beginners courses at the local yoga studios in our community.

Class focus: Ahimsa – One of the foundational principles of yoga meaning non-violence. In this class, we will begin to explore how we can practice minimising harm towards any living being including ourselves through being mindful of our thoughts, words and actions. Through a dynamic 75 minute vinyasa sequence, we will cultivate the practice of ahimsa on our mats so that we can then take it into our daily lives off the mat as well.
