When your sleep is taken away, the stress will be very fast attack you. So, make sure you get enough sleep from 7 to 8 hours a night. On the other hand, when in sleep state, concentrations of cholesterol in the blood is regulated better, it reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease. Thus, getting enough sleep can improve health and help you reduce stress.
